Electron tube.

Generating Thetrode in metal-ceramic performance with separate cathode.
Air cooling.
Tube is designed for amplification of high frequency pulses with short off-duty factor by driving of 2nd grid.

Minimum life time = 1000 hours.
Maximum stock time = 12 years.

Anode voltage = no more than 3700 V
Anode voltage with 400 and more off-duty factor = no more than 4000 V

2nd grid voltage = no more than 800 V

2nd grid voltage with 400 and more off-duty factor = no more than 850 V

1st grid bias voltage = -100 V ... 0 V
2nd grid blocking voltage = no more than -60 V
Heater voltage = 6.0 ... 6.6 V
Anode pulse current = no more than 2.25 A
